Nolij Corporation, the leading provider of document imaging & workflow solutions and data loading technology for higher education, is seeking self-motivated qualified individuals for its Professional Services organization. The Nolij Consultant is primarily responsible for the installation and configuration of the Nolij software and the associated customer training. Frequent travel is a requirement (Mon-Fri at client sites throughout US, roughly up to 70% during peak periods).
Required Qualifications Business Analysis Skills
Perform, quantify and document user requirements analysis; facilitate school functional process design sessions, identify gaps, issues and project risk areas. Collect and document client business and usage requirements for incorporating into the configuration or customization of Nolij (middleware) products.
Facilitation of as-is and to-be business process discussions with customer subject matter experts. Translation of existing functional processes and user requirements into technical solution design, and configurations to support client’s stated requirements.
Experienced in mapping software technology to align with client business processes
Technical Skills
Solid SQL programming experience, specifically data insert, query, update and delete, schema creation and modification, and data access control
Database Developer and/or Programmer experience, Oracle or SQL Server or Informix Can both create Stored Procedures and maintain them
Experience installing, configuring and supporting software applications. Experience working with database development tools (SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, Toad, etc.)
Experience with routine and non routine issues that arise in enterprise integrations (e.g. security, authentication) and the attendant hardware and software (e.g. firewalls, load balancers, private/public networks)

Understand client and school priorities, project scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones
Comfortable in a client facing services role supporting and collaborating with teams
Strong customer facing interpersonal and communications skills, a services mindset
Confident presence with client - one who can establish and sustain credibility and trust
Demonstrated skills and experience delivering technical software training to clients
Comfortable delivering high level presentations to executives and end users
Ability to multitask on concurrent projects, results driven, complete work on time
Good business written and verbal communication skills
Experienced traveler, typical engagements may require 3 weeks travel per month
Desired Qualifications
Experience working within higher education market on SunGard Banner, PeopleSoft Student Administration, Datatel, Jenzabar or similar technology
Experience working within and or managing matrixed project teams that include business and technical consultants
Office Location: Beverly MA (prefer no telecommute or remote employees)
