Nolij is looking for an energetic, well-organized, articulate,
and detail-oriented individual to assume the role of office
manager. The ideal candidate has prior experience in office
management or a related field and a desire to learn the
in's and out's of the higher education document imaging
and data integration industry. The Nolij office manager
is a full-time position responsible for performing a variety
of tasks in the areas of adminstration, accounting, and
customer service.
As Nolij is a dynamic and growing company, the office manager
position should expect additional duties to be assigned
from time to time as needed.
Required Qualifications
3+ years experience working in an office environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to perform well without direct
supervision
Self-motiviated and highely organized
Functional desktop computer skills with experience in
MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
2+ years experience performing office manager or related
duties
2+ years front desk or customer service-related experience
Ability to function effectively in a fast moving, dynamic
environment
Experience working with Quicken or QuickBooks software
