Nolij Corporation today announced the hiring of David Sculley
to the position of Director of Client Success effective immediately.
Nolij's Director of Client Success position is responsible for maximizing client results by coordinating delivery of high quality and timely Nolij Help Desk service to our customers. Client Success is also Nolij Corporation’s outlet for critical support related bulletins and documentation and for keeping Nolij Corporation’s focus on 100% customer satisfaction.
Nolij Corporation is excited to welcome Dave to the Nolij family. Dave has over 20 years of diverse experience in enterprise software services and consulting. Prior to joining Nolij, Dave worked as Sr. Manager/Principal Consultant in the Global Services organization at Blackboard / WebCT. In the Sr. Manager role Dave partnered with higher education clients to define and manage service strategies to achieve their institutional objectives within budgetary, resource, and scheduling limits. As a Principal Consultant, Dave had primary responsibility for guiding institutions in planning for and executing their e-learning implementation projects, including integration with SIS and other campus-wide systems. Dave’s background also includes work for Dun & Bradstreet software, Hyperion Solutions and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Dave completely enjoys spending time with his 3 sons and has a variety of personal interests including bicycling, Kempo Karate, cooking, fiction writing and home brewing. Dave is also an experienced and active professional musician, regularly playing trombone with local “big bands” and brass ensembles, or just hacking at his guitar for fun.
