Beverly, Massachusetts (02 Jan 2007) – Nolij Corporation, a leading provider of higher education focused software solutions, announced today that Dartmouth College has selected Nolij Web as its enterprise document imaging and workflow solution. Dartmouth College was looking for an enterprise level document imaging solution with robust, fully integrated workflow to automate and manage the capture and retrieval of student records and a variety of other documents (both paper and electronic) utilized by the institution. The desire was to find a system that was both modular and scalable in design so as to support a phased implementation approach, and work in conjunction with their existing student information system, SunGard Higher Education Banner.
Dartmouth College expects to capture and intelligently route both paper and electronic documents initially in the offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, and the First Year Office and Upperclass Deans Office. Simultaneously, these offices plan to incorporate key workflow functions into regular document processing, as the cycle of annual activity allows. Dartmouth College is also looking to leverage the one-of-a-kind Nolij Web integrated form designer for a single, unified, web-based view of all critical student data.
