Otis College of Art + Design Completes RFP Process; Selects Nolij Technology to Streamline Internal Processing

to deliver enterprise wide document and workflow automation.
Otis College of Art + Design plans to implement the Nolij
Web document imaging and workflow solution enterprise-wide
beginning in June, 2006. The implementation will kick
off in the offices of the Registrar, Financial Aid, Business,
and Purchasing.
Otis College of Art and Design selected Nolij to capture, manage, and distribute student records electronically within the College. In searching for an enterprise-wide solution, Otis College of Art + Design defined requirements that included seamless integration with SunGard Higher Education’s Banner system, built-in workflow processing, and the ad hoc capture and storage of internally generated documents not tied to student records.
Otis College of Art + Design is excited to leverage Nolij Web’s built-in integration capabilities including the ability to automatically update internal checklists during the scanning process.
The ability to complete needs analyses in a dramatically shortened time frame are now a reality thanks to Nolij Web’s integrated form designer, which can display financial aid data directly from Banner side-by-side with electronic documents. Automatic email notifications keep employees and students informed and instantaneous access to documents means faster response time across the board.
