University of West Florida Selects Nolij Web Enterprise Document Imaging and Workflow Technology Following Exhaustive Search Process
Beverly, Massachusetts (07 Mar 2007) – Nolij Corporation, a leading provider of higher education focused software solutions, announced today that the University of West Florida (UWF) has completed its analysis of qualified document imaging solutions and selected Nolij's Nolij Web document imaging technology to address its university-wide imaging needs.
UWF was looking for an enterprise level document imaging and management solution that standardized and met the needs of various departments. In addition, their desire was to find a system that was both modular and scalable in design so as to support a phased implementation approach, and also integrated with their existing SunGard Higher Education Banner and other business systems.
The Nolij Web product allows UWF to meet, and well exceed, their initial defined needs. Nolij Web document imaging and workflow technology provides for the capture and intelligent routing of documents as well as incorporate key workflow functions. Ultimately UWF aims to make Nolij Web available campus-wide for all offices wishing to utilize document imaging and workflow technology. Nolij’s proven 'train the trainer' training methodology ensures the transfer of expertise to UWF technical staff for the continued rollout of Nolij Web to additional university departments to successfully meet this goal.
